Who we are
Pink Label Products is a line of professional cleaning products made by The Pink Label Products LLC in Farmington Hills, Michigan, and sold through Rely Supply Co. This page explains what information pinklabelproducts.com collects, why, and what we do with it. Questions go to sebastian@relysupplyco.com.
What we collect
- Wholesale inquiries. Your company, name, email, phone, the kind of buyer you are, and the products and quantities you describe.
- Invoice payments. The order number and billing email you enter on the pay page, used only to find your order. Card details are entered on Rely Supply Co.’s secure checkout, never on this site, and we never see or store card numbers.
- Technical basics. Our hosting provider logs your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit for security and performance. We do not use that to identify you.
How we use it
- To reply to your inquiry with pricing, availability and delivery options.
- To match an invoice payment to the right order.
- To keep the site running and free of abuse.
We do not send marketing email you did not ask for, and we do not sell, rent or trade your information to anyone.
Who helps us process it
- Rely Supply Co. (relysupplyco.com) receives wholesale inquiries and handles orders, invoices and checkout. Rely Supply Co. is our sister company and follows its own privacy policy.
- Email. Our mailboxes run on Google Workspace.
- Payments. Card payments are processed by WooPayments (built on Stripe) on Rely Supply Co.’s checkout.
- Hosting. This site is hosted with GoDaddy.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no cookies of its own and runs no advertising or analytics trackers. If we add a visitor-analytics tool in the future, we will say so here.
How long we keep it
Inquiries are kept for up to 24 months so we can follow up and honor quotes. Order and invoice records are kept as long as tax and accounting rules require.
Your choices
Email sebastian@relysupplyco.com to see what we have about you, correct it, or ask us to delete it. We answer within a few business days and may keep what the law requires us to keep, such as invoices.
Children
This site is for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
